I signed up to a 6 week program in October. Small group PT. I knew from early on, it was perfect for me. Attentive trainers who taught and continue to teach me the correct techniques. The facilities are great, but what really makes the 6-Week Foundation incredible is the team running it. Small group training, supportive coaching, and sessions that feel well thought out and effective.

I started in April with Josh as my PT. I had lost all confidence in training after an operation a few years ago. I was nervous about training with weights again. Josh has supported me and now I can go to my sessions with him loving to train. I am a women over 55 and enjoy feeling stronger and healthier. Josh is very professional and really know his stuff. I signed up for a small group session and couldn't be more happy with the progress made so far. The main difference between Signature Health & Fitness and other local gyms is that it is client, not membership based. This ensures that there are no problems accessing the equipment or overcrowding. The amount and quality of the equipment can not be faulted, and the level of professionalism displayed by the personal trainers is beyond reproach in all aspects. They understand that people have lives that impact energy levels, and whilst they push you to do your best each time, they don't ask more than is possible. Personally, I chose a small group session as I enjoy the atmosphere that it provides. Plus there are additional sessions each month, nutrition guidance and body stat measurements to track progression. All in all, it is a great facility with amazing PTs to help you meet and your fitness goals.

After not exercising properly for a few years I was nervous about getting back into the gym, but I really shouldn’t have been! The team are fantastic here and the gym is so modern. The group sessions are really supportive and I have enjoyed every session, meeting some great people along the way!

I have been attending attending small group sessions with Josh and Nathan since January 2022. The sessions are refreshed every four weeks, building on the skills learnt in previous weeks. I would not have had the confidence to use the weights and equipment without the encouragement and patience shown by the PT's. Exercises are adapted within the small groups with alternatives being found to cover injuries etc and although it is a small group session people work with their own target weights increasing when needed, not a set weight for everyone. Josh has set up an amazing facility that allows PTs to work with their clients without the interruptions and waiting for equipment that can happen in a membership gym. One to one sessions are also available, I would recommend Signature Health and Fitness for both the experienced and inexperienced.

Outstanding Personal Training Experience! I can’t recommend Josh enough! Working with him has been a game-changer for my fitness. Not only have I gotten leaner and stronger, but I’ve also gained a much deeper understanding of nutrition and how it fuels my body.
